I took care of two small things this morning (this post will be the third): I wrote an email to help a friend with something and I did 10 minutes of exercise. No great deeds but they afforded me a feeling of accomplishment and that motivates me to do more. (I have to prepare a work for my studies. The deadline is noon tomorrow.)
We just need to get a good start in the morning to get our positive energy flowing. Wish you all a good day. ❤
